Maintenance — vehicle servicing for Wialon fleets

Maintenance tracks each vehicle's mileage, engine hours and elapsed days against your service intervals and tells you what is coming due before it is overdue. Intervals are stored as Wialon service intervals on the unit itself, so anything created here is visible in Wialon and anything created in Wialon is visible here.

What it does

• Service intervals by mileage, engine hours, calendar days, or any combination. When more than one axis is tracked, the worst one decides the status.
• An advance-notice window per axis, which a Wialon service interval has no field for — so work surfaces as approaching rather than only as overdue.
• One interval created across every selected unit in a single action, with units at Wialon's per-unit limit reported as skipped.
• A service log carrying parts with quantity and cost, labour with hours and rate, a running total, location, comments and file attachments.
• Status recalculated against the unit's live odometer and engine hours on every page load.
• Export to Excel, CSV and PDF, and a per-service PDF that embeds image attachments.
